Analysis Charts
The Analysis Charts provide a pictorial view of the state of the
project. These charts can be run at any level of the project or for all
levels of the project to create a drill down effect in any WBS leg. The
four charts provide a concise overview and history of activity on the
project.

• Performance Chart: This line graph says it all. Plotted for the duration of the project are the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP) and the Estimate to Complete (ETC) for any given element of the project or the whole
  project itself.

• Performance Chart Monthly : Another view of the performance data, this time as a bar graph. In this perspective the project or WBS element data is displayed in monthly increments to provide a detailed look at any given month's activity.

• Indicies Chart:The Indices Chart displays the values for Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), To Complete Performance Index (TCPI)
  based on Budget at Complete or Estimate at Complete values over the life
  of the project to date.

• Variance Trend: The Variance Trend chart displays the Cost Variance and Schedule Variance over time as well as their percentage deviation.
