The PTSS is a system that monitors your use of our applications and in the event that anything abnormal occurs all relevant data is stored to a log file. Upon exit from the application you will be prompted to answer a simple question
- "Do you want to send the log file to VitalThought Technical Support?" If you select "Yes" the log file will automatically be emailed to our Technical Support department. The Technical Support department will log the
incident, review the log file data and return an email or contact you by phone to address the incident. We believe that this proactive approach to supporting our customers is the only way to truly satisfy your needs.
